However, the fulfillment of men and women does not necessarily appear simply because they refrain from organizing. Quite the contrary. Men and women organize and often find their highest fulfillment within some organized effort.

We see, then, that it is not individuals vs. organization, so much as it is individuals plus voluntary organization vs. coercive organization.

This could be illustrated as:

[INDIVIDUAL + VOLUNTARY ORGANIZATION]
vs. [COERCIVE ORGANIZATION]

In embarking upon our study of the subjects of liberty and freedom, we seek to explore ways and means of maximizing human well-being. In this context, it appears that what we really need to seek is a way of organizing human effort that will magnify human opportunities and attainments, while avoiding the dangers of coercion.
